How long is a session?
Most sessions last 50-60 minutes. Exposure Therapy may be up to 90 minutes depending on your needs.
What happens in a discovery call?
A free 20–30 minute chat to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and see if coaching feels right for you. No pressure, no obligation.
What’s your approach?
Supportive and practical. I blend coaching with tools like NLP, and Exposure Therapy always tailored to you.
Do you offer discounts?
I offer sliding-scale sessions for lower incomes and discounted packages for multiple sessions.
What’s the difference between life coaching and hypnotherapy?
Life coaching is about helping you set goals, stay accountable, and move forward with structure and clarity. Hypnotherapy works on a deeper level, helping you shift subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that may be holding you back. Many clients benefit from a mix of both, depending on what they need.
What kind of issues do you help with?
I work with people on a wide range of challenges including anxiety, stress, low confidence, relationship patterns, people-pleasing, lack of direction, anger, and big life transitions. I also help clients build structure, improve communication, and let go of behaviours or beliefs that no longer serve them.
Will I be told what to do?
This isn’t about giving advice or telling you how to live your life. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, gain clarity, and make decisions that are right for you. I’ll challenge you when needed, but always from a place of respect and support.
Do I need to have a clear goal before starting?
Not at all. Some people come with a clear intention, others just know something needs to shift. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected, we’ll explore that together and build from there.
Can hypnotherapy make me do something I don’t want to do?
You’re fully in control at all times. Hypnotherapy is not mind control, it’s a safe, focused state where your mind becomes more open to positive change, but you remain aware and able to choose.
What does a session look like?
Every session is different, based on your needs. It might include coaching, hypnotherapy, or both. We’ll talk, explore what’s coming up for you, and work through it together, sometimes with practical tools, sometimes through deeper mindset or emotional shifts.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on what you’re working through. Some people feel a shift in just a few sessions, others benefit from longer support. We’ll check in regularly and adapt based on your progress.
Do you work online?
Yes, all sessions are held online via Zoom. Hypnotherapy and coaching both work really well remotely. All you need is a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted.
What if I’m nervous about starting?
That’s completely normal. This work can feel vulnerable at first, especially if you’re not used to talking about what’s going on under the surface. I create a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgement. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just need to be willing to start.
