What happens in a discovery call?
The discovery call is a free, no-pressure 20–30 minute chat. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, talk through what you’d like support with, and explore whether coaching feels like the right fit for you. You’ll also be able to ask any questions about my approach or the process. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of the next step, whether that’s booking your first session or simply taking some time to reflect.

Life Coaching 1:1
Personalised coaching to help you work through challenges, gain clarity, and build confidence. Sessions can also include hypnosis if helpful.
£60 - 50 minutes
Available online via Zoom
Graded Exposure Therapy
Practical, real-world support designed to help you face and overcome fears. This involves working together out in the field (for example, supporting you at the airport if you have a fear of flying).
£120 per hour
In-person
Group Workshops
Engaging and supportive group sessions focused on building confidence, resilience, and connection. A chance to learn, grow, and share experiences in a safe space.
