Hi, I’m Aidan.

Before I did this work, I was a plumber. And I still work on the tools alongside this.

So I’m not removed from real life, I’m in it every day.
Long hours, pressure, responsibility. From the outside, it can look like everything’s fine. But in your head, it’s constant. Thinking, overthinking, trying to stay on top of everything.

I didn’t talk about it. I didn’t even know how to. I just kept going.

In my twenties, I became a dad. That’s when things started to shift.

At that point, I was anxious, in a relationship that wasn’t right, and feeling stuck. Like a lot of men, I ignored it and carried on. But eventually, something had to change.

Working with a coach was the turning point.

I started to see the patterns I was stuck in. I left what wasn’t right. I pushed myself into things that scared me, even stand up comedy, and began rebuilding confidence properly.

Later, I spent time in spaces where men do real work on themselves. That’s where I faced things I’d avoided for years and learned how to handle pressure, emotions, and responsibility in a different way.

Now, I work with men who feel like something isn’t right, even if they can’t explain it.

Men who are:

  • under pressure

  • stuck in their head

  • carrying more than they let on

My approach is simple and practical.

We work through what’s actually going on, break patterns that keep repeating, and help you feel more in control again.

I use tools like coaching, hypnosis, and exposure work where it helps, but the focus is always the same:

A bit like plumbing, really.
